This will be crucial on the day that if it is an extremely hot day, having your cake stored in the fridge would be amazing! There was a wedding cake that I made a couple of years ago and it was 40 degrees on that thankfully the wedding venue let me keep the cake in their fridge, which was SO helpful on the day.
